| Product Name | Name of your product |
| Description | Describe your product. Be as detailed as possible. This will appear on the main product page |
| Price | Enter your product’s price. Do not use currency symbols. For example, a $10 price should be entered as 10 |
| Product Option | Use this option if your product is available in multiple options (such as color) There are two option types we support Menu and Text. You can use Menu if you give an option for user to choose from many for eg: color – red, blue, green In CSV this can be given as type=menu;color= red, blue, green; If you have multiple option say color and size, can be given as type=menu;color= red, blue, green;size=x,xl; You can use Text option if you are taking only a text input from user eg: Text to print In CSV this can be given as type=Text;label= Text to print; |
| Stock | Enter the available quantity of your product. You can leave this column blank to sell an unlimited quantity. |
| SKU | This can either be the actual SKU of the item, or any other number or label you use to track your products |
| Category Name | Product category name. Categories are specific to your store. |
| Weight | Your item must have a weight in order to calculate shipping. Do NOT include units such as 'lb'. Example: 1.5. |
| Shipping Type | The shipping method you would like to use for this product. Please note that you need to have this shipping options set while you made your store settings. Labels that you need to use in CSV for different shipping types are as below If shipping is free, input as - free shipping If there is no shipping, input as - no shipping If your shipping cost is fixed, i.e you have flat rate shipping , input as - flat rate If you follow a table rate, shipping cost varying based on total quantity, weight, price, input as - table rate If you use any carrier option like UPS, USPS, Fedex, input as - carrier rate If you use store pickup option , input as - store pickup |
| Additional Shipping Charge | Additional shipping charges in case of shipping additional quantity of a product. Is applicable only if you use a Shipping Type ‘Carrier Rate’. Do NOT include currency symbols such as '$'. |
| Handling Charge | Enter any handling charge you’d like to add. Is applicable only if you use a Shipping Type ‘Carrier Rate’ or ‘Table Rate’. Do NOT include currency symbols such as '$'. |
| Additional Handling Charge | If multiple quantities of your product are available, and you’d like to add an extra handling charge for each additional purchase. Is applicable only if you use a Shipping Type ‘Carrier Rate’ or ‘Table Rate’. Do NOT include currency symbols such as '$'. |
| Fallback Charge | In the rare case that there is a problem retrieving a shipping rate automatically at checkout, this shipping charge will be used as a backup. Do NOT include currency symbols such as '$'. Is applicable only if you use a Shipping Type ‘Carrier Rate’. |
| Salestax | If this product sales is subject to sales tax, input 1, if not enter 0. The rates will be based upon your store settings. |
| Images | Give the product image URL, should be a valid URL eg: http://ravox.com/project/files/sampleproducts/tshirt1.jpg |
| Featured | If you want to mark this product as featured , input 1, if not a featured product enter 0 |
